Hey guys, I was doing a 1st gear pull with my new turbo set up. On the pull I got major wheel hop, like tremendous shaking whole car wheel hop.

after that i just drove normal back to a parking lot to drop my friend off at his car. when we were leaving the parking lot the CEL came on.. and threw a code 23 (knock sensor)

im just curious if the wheel hop could cause the knock sensor thinking it was detonation.?

 

The CEL dont come on when the knock senser detects knock..

wait... i think i know what ur saying, so there is something physically wrong with my sensor.. like it either broke off or like something in that sense.. thanks man
