JRSC engine build
I've seen a couple threads on this topic but nothing that really answered the questions I had.
I've been trying to find a 12lb kit for the JRSC, but I heard no one is making them anymore. If this is the case I want to run the 9lb pulley.
I was wondering what kind of build would be needed to reliably run 9lbs
Right now I have a H22A w/ ~50k miles. I don't want to drop the compression ratio anymore than necessary, and I'd consider running water/methanol injection if it will let me reach 250whp.
I read that SC engines respond the same way that NA engines do to cams since you don't have the high exhaust pressures, so a lot of overlap isn't an issue. I was considering type s cams. What do you think?
