JDM Headlights
I think 650 is about right, look around ebay and preludeonline.com guys are always selling crap. I sold my 4th gen a long time ago, but i could tell you how to install those lights, unless they want to do it for free, if you have to pay i would advise to do it yourself!!
i got a set off ebay, one of the headlight inside lense is lose, but i opened it and fixed it, got that for 100 shipped
, did the installation my self, the hardest part would be that damn reenforcement, took me forever to get it off, i had no clue there was a bolt on each side of the headlight, i finally gave up and checked online for installation tips, 100 bucks and 3 hrs of sweat, its sure worth it!!! i will post pics up soon, waiting for a usb reader i bought on ebay... damn digitcam aint transfering files to my comp!!

yea i just installed mine. i took my time, wired H1 for high beams, H4 for low beams. took me about an hour and a half. its as easy as installing intake but just more time consuming..
why is it unpainted?
Seriously, everyone has their own taste. if everyone wanted to be like one another then everything would suck. Instead of making enemies and leaving a bitter taste in this guys mouth, lets at least be polite. Thats the least we can do as a board... Constructive criticism is way better then negative critisism. So im gonna say... if you have the money to buy a bumper, then make sure you have the money to paint it. please paint your bumper before driving it around black
damn everyone be up mah *** about the unpainted bumper... my old bumper was cracked pretty bad.. no way i can drive with those, and i am waiting for other parts to be painted together, so no rush here. and btw the hood is very functional, i get 1 bar for temp reg, very cool engine bay i would say!
we're getting off topic. If you want new jdm headlights, i'd say that 650 sounds right. Do it yourself though. It's easy and you'll learn a lot if you've never done something like this before. I found this site that details everything for you.

I soldered my wires together and electrical taped them. I would suggest that heat shrink stuff (which i got) but the kind i got was too small and the edges melted when the solder iron came anywhere close to it. I wired mine how they come from the factory h4 low beams h1 highs. That webpage details the installation of the h4 = high and low beams h1 = driving lights setup. I didn't want that setup because i couldn't get a hold of an oem fog light switch.
