I've converted
I'm not sure if anyone's heard of me here.
I'm the guy whose asked the occasional question on the tech forum about generic mods that would work on my Hyundai Stellar. (ok don't laugh)
2 weeks ago, I had an accident with an off duty cop, (his fault, he was speeding, but his mates gave me a ticket, which means my insurance found me at fault), so my Hyundai was written off.
Yesterday I bought a 1990 Honda Prelude INX XX.
I searched this board, but it's never been mentioned here, does anyone know any specs on this car?
All I know is it's a 2000cc, with a 9.0:1 compression, and I think a B20A.
It's a transition year model, hopefully it's got some aftermarket support for it, but I won't be souping it up though, maybe just an intake and similar small mods.
EDIT: Oh yeah, it's a two door coupe.
EDIT 2: This model doesn't have the flip up lights.

Re: I've converted (ryanstev)
The INX version was the one that was like a regular 2.0Si, but it had a different front end on it that looked sort of like the 1989-93 Accord... It also had a more upscale interior. It could have either the 110hp or 140hp 2.0l depending on the model you bought...

Cool, my freind had an 89 Prelude, and to this day, I think they are some of the coolest looking cars on the road. I think I like the style of the 3G almost as much as my 5G, maybe thats because the 5g was based on the 3G design. Anyway, good choice. Have fun!
