Default Installing msd blaster ss coil and mallory ignition box

i just bought a msd blaster ss coil and a mallory ignition box and i need to know what wires to use off of the stock coil harness, i noticed there was 3 : black/yellow, yellow, and blue. what is positive and what is negative, also what kind of ignition do preludes have so i can try to find the right wiring diagram in the mallory manual.

I'm not too sure about any of this, but here is a link to installing MSD 6 on a 5th gen. He says there's only one wiring difference b/w it and 4th gen.

the black/yellow and yellow both go to the positive side of your
coil and the blue goes to the negative
you might want to solder them though

i had one but it eventually went to ****, my car kept dying on the
highway,I put the stock one back on and presto

really?? why did it do that, did you have a ignition box?? maybe the stock ignition couldnt give enough power to the coil.

doh you have a mallory ignition and i'm looking at a msd 6. anyhow - take a look at msd's site
http://www.msdignition.com/downld.htm
I'm looking at an MSD 6A and Blaster SS, just realized that is NOT what you have. Don't know about these Mallory ignitions, but they say it's the competition for the MSD 6A, so if you look at above URL and check out the MSD 6A it should all be the same. Specifically here: http://www.msdignition.com/pdf/pdf23.pdf

that diagram is for a internal coil. Preludes are external.
yeah i think generally its the same set up, the mallory has more wires though...thats whats screwing me up.

Above, he says black/yellow and yellow is positive, blue is negative to the coil. I think in the original link I gave up top (MSD 6A install) the writer was calling the blue wire green. So he says that blue (or green) is the trigger input. I'm so confused. Will you do a write-up when you finish for us?

You may have found this wiring diagram already, but look at page 7:
