Default Installing a gauge in the tweeter panel.

I'm wanting to install my AEM UEGO gauge type controller in the driver side dash tweeter panel...and still retain the tweeter.

Has anyone done this? If so, any pics?

Just by picturing it...I think it would look pretty badass. Personally, I think it would be a lot cooler if a deleted the tweeters and covered the panels with the same type of pleather used on the dash cover.

I have a 2 1/16" water temp gauge in mine, still using the tweeter. (slightly thicker aftermarket tweeters, actually)

If you pull your tweeter cover out, you will see exactly how much room you have to work with, It's pretty straight-forward

I got my AEM gauge-type controller installed in that tweeter panel, haven't installed it on the car yet, though.

Looks really nice. My buddy was even able to save the oem material, didn't shred it at all.
