i had a leak between the injector and the fuel rail, it looked like the bushing was the proplem, so i was wondering which is the way the bushing is suppose to go.

is it to go inside the fuel rail


or


bunched up on the fuel rail

 

the rest of them look fine that rubber looks like got squeeze really good. there should be an O ring inside of that.

It looks as if you have the wrong size grommet on that one. There are different sizes (height wise) that would cause the grommet to crinkle like that if you used one that was "to tall".
That grommet does nothing for sealing the injector from a leak. Sounds like you may have a tear in your o-ring which just so happened to be on the same injector as the taller grommet.

If you need new o-rings or grommets I have some.
