idle shakeing

Default idle shakeing
my 89 is starting to shake alot when idle. If i have it stopped in drive it is kinda bad, but if i put it in park it is alot less. The idle is slightly under 1. what can i do to fix this?

why do you say my rotors are too thin? are you talking about my brakes?

Does the engine idle at a consistent RPM? If so, I'd say check your motor mounts...
