My prelude idles funny when warm. At a stop it will bounce up to 2000rpms, then down to like 400rpms almost stalling, repeatedly for alittle while then it finds its idle. It never just keeps doing it, it evintually finds its idle. Any ideas??

 

dirty IACV probably. not to be an ***, but try the search. if nothing matches your prob then come back, but this is a common prob, and that's usually the answer. bright side, it's an easy fix if it's just dirty (usually the prob).

edit: also a little more info. does it fluctuate fast or slow, when you turn on AC, ect. any details you can provide help

I tried turning my ac on while it was idling funny and it idled fine. Anybody know what could be the problem?
