idle problem
mine does too......its not a big deal as long as you dont have a check engine light. mine used to be real bad until i reset the ecu but it still does a little when its cold (but resetting your stock ecu wont do anything).

He is very right I have fixed a couple of cars just by hooking up a stupid vacuum line that got looese or leaks in the system.
But it sounds like it might be some EGR related problem because after it heats up it idles fine. If the EGR is stuck open it will give it a idle problem and after the engine heats up it helps keep it cooler and the idle problem will go away.
