Default I have a problem!

The vehicle is a 1997 Honda prelude

The problem: When starting to accelerate or brake I get a loud' ish squeak at the same time when accelerating it feels like the front wheel moves backwards and when I hit the brake it feels as if the front wheel moves forward . I really cant figure out the problem!

Please help!
