On the title it says prelude sir.. What does sir stand for? I thought it was just a SI. Any input would be apprieciated....

There is no SiR, Canada has SR's and SRV's, but no SiR.

Hawkze_2.3 is right, there is no SIR for the prelude, nor a Type R. Just look up on googles and type in Prelude SIR and see if you find anything.

I asked one of my team members this the other day, then I had to research it.

He asked what it stands for... which I think has been debated before. I believe in 1986, they added fuel injection to the Civic 1500 S model and changed the trim level designation from S to Si, to denote the fuel injection.
Please make corrections if needed.

SiR = Sport Injection Racing

Agreeing with above, there was no SiR 93 Prelude.
