Can anyone tell me if the Hyper Voltage System from Sun Auto would work with my 99 Prelude SH.

Just make sure that you use very high quality cable and connectors. That is what you pay for in the kit.

Tell me how to make a Voltage Stabilizer!?! This is not a grounding kit.

 

Essentially it is just a capacitor. Basic circuitry but on a bigger amperage level. The trick is getting it to withstand the rigors of daily driven under hood temps. Guess you are paying for that as well. I would get the SUN kit, but it is not a big enough priority to warrant the bill at this time.
