Essentially it is just a capacitor. Basic circuitry but on a bigger amperage level. The trick is getting it to withstand the rigors of daily driven under hood temps. Guess you are paying for that as well. I would get the SUN kit, but it is not a big enough priority to warrant the bill at this time.
