i plan on changing my lug studs to extended ones for my bogarts... i was just wondering how hard it is to take the hub out to change them.. any special tools needed? btw its a 5th gen base. or any tricks to make changing them easier would be nice to konw too.

 

i dunno about the 5th gen but on the 4th there is a gap at the back of the rotor where you can just hammer the old lugs out and hammer the new ones back in the same way. might be easier that taking out the hub.

there isnt enough room to just pound the studs out... i have to pull the hub from what i can see.

 

Im pretty sure there is some room back there did you look around the back side of the rotor/hub assembly? if you do have to take out the hub I think it is just that big bolt in the middle of the rotor a (34 or 44 mm I think?) Im sure someone here knows how to exactly dissassemble the hub.
