I discovered the reason my car is running like crap is because the missing link is not a good check valve beyond 10lbs of boost so i went with a GM 2 Bar. Now the question is does anyone have a write up or now of any site with directions on install on one of these things?

The 2bar is the same thing basically. Get a multimeter and just check the wires at the map sensor. The wiring colors they tell you on the hondata site are wrong for a lude.
