Hitech Headers??
I don't know about the H22's, but my bro-in-law got a Hitech for his Civic with a 1.8 swap, and it is sweet! I contacted John, I think that is his name, about a custom exhaust for the 4th gens and he told me he would need a Prelude to develope the exhaust and headers. So, if you know anyone in Irvine, CA with a Lude, he will hook it up!

I found it refreshing that John himself emailed me, and addressed me personally, thats a rarity these days! Anyway, here is his email..
"The power gains are all subjective numbers, We rely on acceleration to gauge
our headers. A lot of companies will claim the moon to sell a product. Since we
are really not a aftermarket supplier, we are a development company that has it
major stake in the formula car road racing series, the Honda thing came from a
need for the racers, the street use was just a by product. Our headers are
designed to produce the best acceleration that we can achieve. HP doesn't have
anything to do with how fast the car accelerates. We have actually built
headers that make less HP but run around the track faster. In the racing world
this is what sells my product. In the after market industry advertisement and
lies sell there product, and the public will believe anything. So we chose not
to get involved in those little wars on words. I can tell you that all the
fastest NA race cars have my exhaust on them and we are building more and more
of them every day. The Skunk 2 car , L'Natural, Mark Brauning, Jerrod Silvers,
Peter Yem, Bisi, etc they all have them. So I will let my performance record
stand for itself.
The system that we have designed for the Prelude is a 2 step primary pipe 1 3/4
into 1 7/8 diameter that is about 30 inches long. The collector is our own
design tri-y one with special included angles and diameters it exits at 2 1/4
venturi section about 2 inches long then transitions to 2 1/2 inches. They will
have anti-reversion chambers in them also. Cost is 1,300.00 in 304 16 gauge
stainless steel. Delivery time is about 6 weeks.

Hope this helps, and maybe addresses some future quetsions..

oh man does that sound good
however, he has been saying next month for quite sometime now. I'm sure they are very busy all the time so, I dont blame them for the delayed production.
