Default high beams problem

So my problem is pretty weird in that my brights seem to click on and stay on till they feel like turning off. It seems to happen when I am making a left turn from a stop and then accelerating hard into it. What is the problem is there anywhere maybe my wheel is rubbing on the lights or a short somewhere, ground, what it can't be a blown fuse right cause then it would stop working altogether. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the combination switch in the steering column is getting flakey?
