so how leagal are hi flow cats in oh? and is this one any good or just some garbage on ebay? thanks

i know they are illeagal out here in utah but i'm still an oh resident and register all my vehicles there still... just wated to make sure before i go off and buy this cat thanks

The performance gain is poverty. Get a performance cat from magnaflow. Don't pollute our environment!
honestly the hp gain from a gutted cat to a good performance one is negligeable and not worth the harm you would be doing

Basically, what he said. Furthermore, that is not a high-flow cat, it's a test pipe. This is why it says for offroad use only. Get a Magnaflow/Carsound universal and be done.
