Icon4 HELPME!

okay I'm straight up n00b at this, i want a project car i have a 98 dude base model h22a4 yes it does have 220k kms on it i just need to get pointed in the right direction... i want to go turbo but i want to know what i should do before that and after... i got aftermarket exhaust, headers, intake, eibach springs kyb suspension and clearly I'm gonna have to get new headers for the turbo but i feel like theres **** to do before turbo and I've spent hours on hours researching but didn't get far.. so overall my question is what should i do like anything helps... for budget id like it around 4-5grand but if its more or less thats fine.. but please help me build my lude anything helps!

4-5k to make a 200k Prelude reliable on boost is going to be a very difficult process.

Low boost, 7lbs or less or you will find the increased cylinder pressures will expand the rings and cause it to fail very fast on a cheaper setup like this (tuning is key).

Google, FAQ section will answer most questions but you may not like the price associated with it....I have built one in the bast...25k in parts was the final bill.
