OK so really just want to know if I could use the headmaster from an h23a1 on my h23a3 motor since finding this part is hard I must suggest never doing EDM

 

If you are asking about a headgasket then all parts swap over between all non vtec H23 motors.

Usually for example A1 vs A2 are translated USDM vs EDM and the part numbers are the same.
Depends of course is it or is it not newer generation engine like with H22A1 vs H22A4

There might be some electrical/sensor differences since A3 is from Accord but all the seals and gaskets are the same
