Default Help with H23!!!!

Just dropped an H23A3 in my 92 lude to replace a knocking H23. It started fine the day everything connected but once revved with the throttle idle went down very low to a stalling point. Shut it off after that. Next day bled the clutch and filled up fluids ie: power steering, brake, tranny etc. But now it doesn't get fuel pressure or spark. It worked fine but then over night I don't know what happened. Does anyone think they have anywhere to where i should start looking for problems... coil's good dizzy's good, like i said everyhting worked fine b4 besides the idle.

I'm pretty much a noob at this, first engine drop, I just need to get this car on the road and any help would be very appreciated.

if it wont get fuel OR spark thats not 2 common to have both not work... does the engine turn? no spark is either the disbr or the coil no fuel could be a few things but if its an over nighter could be a fuse or your main relay.

try adjusting the idle screw (the bronze looking screw on the upper side near the firewall)

check for vacuum leaks, either hoses or gaskets on intake manifold

check fuel pressure,

check engine ground wire,

be sure ECU is plugged in correctly, no bent pins

manually check for spark by holding the plug wire to the head and watch for a spark.

be sure timing belt is set correctly

if all this checks out, then ill give more things to check

I've checked on most of those, spark through the plugs, idle vacuum hoses but i get no fuel pressure at all and no spark, im thinking maybe a relay or fuse as well...?
