My friend was wiring my sub to the amp and accidentally grounded it... so my radio is dead.. it wont turrn on or anything... and I can turn on the car but it wont let me move the shift ****.... HELP ME out somebody

You can't move the shift ****? Is it a manual trans? If it is a manual, that is strange...... Hmmmmm.... Check the grounds of what ever your friend grounded the wire to. For ex, if he grounded the pos to the stereo, check the stereo's grounding point. Some electronic devices share ground points, but if it is a manual....that is strange......
So your head unit is obiviously honda stock. All I can think of is that grounding it caused your ECU fuse to blow, small snap that is hard to see, and reset your ECU. When it is reset so is your radio, and since it is honda's you need to enter a code - most likly. Talk to the honda stealership. Uh, excuse me, I mean the honda dealership.
Ok I got my car fixed there was a fuse that was blown out... Thanx guys.. Oh yea btw how do i reset my ECU again... I want to reset it because I just put in my Injen intake again and it seems like I dont get enough air...
