Help, 4th Gen, Code 1 & 43

I've checked the service connectors and I found code 1 & 43, what should I do from here?

You have a big time fuel problem. Replace the fuel filter if it is old. Check your regulator also. Could also be fuel pump I guess.

Alright so code 1 is O2 sensor, and 43 is Fuel Management System. You suggested Replacing the fuel filter and maybe the fuel pump. What about the Code 1?
