Default HELP!!!!

ok im an electrical noob and i was told to get H3 Bulbs for my jdm foglights and i bought H3c Plasma Ion Yellow bulbs thinking "hey whats the diffence" big mistake now i cant even exchange or return them.....the ? im asking is cant i still use them for foglight and connect them a different way and how plz reply back

You have to find out what is needed to get the plasma to ignight. I don't think this is gonna be an easy fix. It would likely be more cost effective to just buy H3 bulbs

As far as I know, plasma based bulbs need higher voltages to fire. If they are rated for a 12V car system you should be able to hook them up. Its only two wires but you'd need the socket where the bulbs screw in. Than you'd need to find a way to install the socket in the housing for your current fog lights (if the bulb will even fit).

If you want to try to jurry rig something up send some photo's of the bulb and I'll try to advise you. Like I said though it might not be cost effective to jurry rig this over buying new proper bulbs. Its always better to not *** with things though so I highly recommend that you buy the right bulbs!

How much did they cost anyway?

ok i was able to exchange them for h3 plasma yellow ion and i hooked everything up right i rig a switch to turn the fog lights on and off wen i first installed the jdm bumper with fog lights and it worked fine and now that i put the right bulbs in there not evening turning on i think ive tried every way to connect them and nothing ugh electrical is definatlly not my choice of soup
