Help on 1000cc Delphi

Help on 1000cc Delphi
I have an h22 and I need to install my 1000cc delphi injectors, is it a direct fit? And would it be smart to pick up an aftermarket fuel rail, I think I should. Any help is appreciated. and just to add to this my tuner said I wont need a resistor box?
