You talking about the daytime running lights? I thought those were just in Canada unless its a Canadian car.

Either way, it could be your main relay. I have a similar problem except I have no highbeams.

The relay is in the dash under the steering wheel.

Here is a link to a site that has a DIY on fixing my problem. http://www.nyx.net/~smanley/hondadrlfix/

Could solve yours

Not to sound demeaning or anything but have u checked the bulbs? Also check to make sure nothing is grounding out prematurely. One bad ground could short the whole system. I had working lights in my old 93...found exposed wires and decided to resplice (exactly how it already was) and i guess it was grounded somewhere else too bc when i did all the lights stopped workin right. Thats what i get for buyin someone elses hack job lol. Lesson learned

Work your way backwards from the bulb. If it's not the bulb check for power to the bulb. Also check for short to ground and resistance to the bulb. Then check the wiring and like they said before check the relay. Most of the time it will be a relay or bulb. good luck.

Hmm. Check your switch too. Not always bulbs and wiring. If your bulbs work when you check them, try changing your headlight switch.

does the socket have that electronic grease in it?

a while back i worked on a Dakota that had gd grounds, wiring was gd, the bulb was gd, and when i tested the socket it was gd, it had alot of the grease in the socket so i used rubbing alcohol to clean it out. work great after that.
