Default Headers for SH Model

Hey I posted this before but didn't get a response. I was wondering since AEM bought out DC does anybody know where I can get a good set of stainless steel headers for a 99 SH model? They stopped production of their stainless ones so now I'm not sure who to go through. Everybody makes them for regular preludes but not an SH model. Is Weapon R a good brand to go through?

Also, I was wondering if anybody knows where to get good 2 step colder spark plugs. I know JR sells them from NGK but didn't know if that was the best or if maybe Denso is more reliable. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Wow, there are sooo many threads about headers. You should search. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Headers for SH in my point of view:
1. SMSP (new $1200) (used hard to find)
2. Custom DTR-FAB or HyTech (all new basically run about $900)
4. the new T1R header (runs $700 new)
3. Mugen (new $975) (used hard to find $500-600)
4. Prospeed/Fujitsubo (not sure but surely cheaper, used like $300 maybe)
5. modified 4th gen Greddy header (same as above)

hope that helped

and i dont know anything about spark plugs

Thanks for all the other company names. I appreciate it b/c I'd asked around and nobody in my area really seemed to know. If anybody has any info on the 2 steps colder spark plugs let me know too k? I know NGK makes them but I don't know if they're the best. I'm gonna do some research on that one. Thanks.

umm a hytech header is 1200-1300. and i dont believe they make a full exhaust for a prelude.

Id suggest getting the Kteller/RAGE Header for about 500 bucks. ( this is for mild steel) Stainless anything is going to run you in upwards of 900 bucks unless its a DC header or Megan or something similar.

Get a Megan Stainless header then take it to a muffler shop and have them put a 2.5 inch collector on that bad boy ( may have to buy one from burns stainless.)

There is nothing wrong with NGK. They make the Honda OEM sparkplugs, why would you think there is reliability issues? NGK=best spark plugs under the sun.

The Kteller Header is $700 for SS. I have one on my car with all the flanging and a kteller 2.5" to 2.25" high flow cat & a 2.5" flexpipe.
I dont know if I'm allowed to post this here, But I'm going to be selling mine soon for $500 + whatever shipping fees. (both header + cat)
It was definately an improvement over the DC sports. Not to mention the header would be a simple bolt on to any SH model lude. If your running an aftermarket exhaust, this would be the perfect package working with a budget. If you go out and buy such a setup, don't forget your going to have to pay a shop to do all the flanges and welding etc.
PM me if your interested or questions.
