Your question is way too broad/vague. What engine is in the BB4? I'll assume you mean a VTEC model with an H22. In which case the answer is yes, but with modification. You cannot put a stock header from a 5g Lude into a 4g Lude and expect it to bolt right up.

Im not sure if you can get 2 of them (headers) on there, but if you just stick to one header, it will bolt up to the head.... But the cat/exhaust fitment I believe is a bit different. Nothing a muffler shop couldnt handle for quite cheap if necessary.

The only thing I can figure is that you're writing random nonsense in order to get your post-count up.

I wasn't going to flame for using "headers" instead of "header", but I'm glad someone pointed it out. And yes, a muffler shop can easily cure the mismatch problem at the cat.

To answer your question....they will bolt up to the block(h22 to 22 or h23 to h23).... but I belive the downpipe is of different length....the flange also maybe(not sure).sp u would have to have it modified by a welder or an exhaust shop.
