Default Head work on a H22

I am looking to do headwork to my H22. I was looking for reliable shops in the Maryland, D.C., or Virginia area. Any help with shops or suggestions for what kind of work to do would be appreciated

The gains from pulleys are pretty minimal. The gains from a header are also pretty minimal. As are the gains from an intake & exhaust. We better not do any of them.

you should send it out. I sent mine to DPR in s. california he has good pricing and i have owned 3 heads done by him. His work is wonderful and he does it to your specs, you tell him what you have what you want and he explaines everything himself, and builds your head for your setup. And it turns out great, i could drool over it all day.. anyway i think the website is http://www.dpr-racing.com
