head question

How do i remove the valves and springs from the head???? its an H23

I have seen and heard of the valve spring removale tool that compresses the spring but is that all that will be needed?????

yes and i would recommend a magnet to grab the retainers.....you need the valve spring compressor to take your valves out...it looks like this
