Default H22a1 help

What should i do to add torque to my H22a1, i wanna go N/A for a while, so what is the best thing for me to do? please help..

Add tq? Increase tq in the bottomend or topend? Either way, expecting to get tq out of a Honda 4cyl engine will require a whole rebuild, and a lot of money.

The only engines that make tq are ones with larger stroke/more displacement.

do some forum browsing and read up on allot of info then ask trhe questions later.

Pistons, Cams, Sprockets just to name a few

stroke and high compression will give you some good torque...if you dont want to empty your pockets fully you could always start with a good header.....say an rmf for example....

The best place to gain torque is in low to mid range, thats where we spend most of out time driving. if you talk to a good cam company that can help you, and a set of higher compression pistons will get you alittle more

the only true way forced induction wise is to add stroke, but thats a massive rebuild.
