Default H22A Swap Problems!!

okay, so i'm in the process of swapping in a JDM H22a into my 94 prelude si. I took out the H23 and sold it and forgot to take off the harness and a couple of other things...i did however manage to get the intake manifold...today, i go to put it on the h23 manifold on the h22 and it doesn't line up whatsoever...also i think the EGR is on the block of the H22a but also on the manifold of my h23?!? how does that work out?? i'm stuck and i'm not sure if i should buy an h22a manny or not...

another problem...i'm converting from auto to manual but i'm stumped at the clutch pedal assembly...i see that there are two open connectors on the clutch pedal assembly, not sure what they are but i'm assuming they're important, clutch safety? i found two connectors right next to where you would mount the pedal assembly and they look like they match up perfectly with the pedal connectors but they don't? if someone can look and tell me the color of the wires that go their clutch connectors that would be great or maybe take a picture?

one more question...can someone check for me to see if their shift linkage runs under or above the cross beam because i know my auto shifter cable ran under but it seems like the manual ones wouldnt clear the tranny running under the cross beam...

The lower part of the intake manifold on the H23 is different from the lower part of the H22 IM. That's why it's not fitting. The top part (part with PGM FI label on it) is the same. You need an H22 IM.

Did you just buy the H22 longblock?

The EGR solenoids are on the IM for both the H22 and H23.
