Is there a change to fit the d16a9 distributor to the H22a engine?

Any Honda Parts Dealership. You can even purchase it online through many OE Honda Parts websites.

That would depend on what application the H22A was installed.

If the fuel injectors have OBD-0/1 style grey plugs on the engine harness that plug into them, they are 345cc. If the fuel injectors have OBD-2 style black injector plugs, they are 290cc.

you can use acura RDX injectors for H22 motors. but you need the conversion hat and wires for the plug. the RDX injectors are 410cc

Those fuel injectors would require a tunable engine management solution... and maybe even engine harness modification depending on the application... remember that in the US, as well as many other markets, all pre-1997 Accords and Preludes had low impedance fuel injectors and a fuel injector resistor box, and this would have to be bypassed in order to use high impedance fuel injectors like those found in the RDX. They will NOT work plug-n-play.

Rosko Racing (now Rosko MFG) made one-piece billet fuel rails to run RDX 410's on H-series intakes without the hats (one less leak point... X4). they do require denso style injector pigtails or adapters. common on a lot of toyota engines from the same time period which is where I sourced mine.

Yes, and they make nice stuff. I never liked the adapter hat/cap type of set up for the very reason you described... just one more potential place to leak from. If interested in their products, I believe you have to purchase from Kaizen Speed (KS Tuned?)... I think Rosko did an exclusive with them.
