Anyone know how to delete the top speed limiter without tuning in a jdm h22a?

Post more information. What vehicle and ecu are you using?

If you're using a JDM ecu with that H22A then you're probably limited around 115mph. Only real way to get rid of it is to use a USDM H22 ecu or chipped ECU. AFAIK none of the USDM H22 ecus had speed limiters.

Contact Joe Sawyer at Locash Racing. He may be able to help you with the ECU that you have.
