Default H22 Vtec Problem? Please help!!!!!!

When my vtec kicks in it is like the car is holding back like it is flooding or not getting enough gas. Someone please help me out. I just recently put another head on it that has been ported and polished. I have already cleaned the screen and i do have the right ecu.

So you have the head ported and polished. Did you have the ECU tuned, to adjust to that modification?

Its probally running to much air and not enough fuel.

Do you have the right ecu? You didn't tell us which one you have. How the capital F do you expect us to know?

The first thing I would do is pull the valve cover off and double check the cam timing,The proper alignment of 2nd cam gear when installing t-belt can be tricky. If the belt needs to be reset make sure the crank is rotated 720 and the marks line up after.
