H22 turbo items
Well, the time has come for me to get out of the turbo game, and run the Lude in an N/A application. For those that have just come to the board, I have been doing this build up for about a year. In this time I had a baby boy and Naval duties have taken me away from building the car.
Back on topic. Here is my dilemma, My head was ported and polished for a turbo application (1 mm over SS valves) and I have the Stage 2T Crower cams. The valvetrain is Crower Eibach springs and Crower retainers. I want to raise the current compression on the motor, but with valves that big, I will get some Valve slap. I need some opinions. I have the motor fully built with GE sleeves and 90 mm 9.5:1 C/R Endyn rollerwaves with thermal protective, dry film lubricant, and oil shedding coatings. Rods are eagle with oil shedding coating, and crank has oil shedding and dry film lubricant on the journals. I have ARP head studs torqued to 82 lbs and a Cometic head gasket with copper spray on both side. I have a lot other descriptions I can go into, but here are some pics I took along the way. http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4292333025
Basically, I would like to sell the entire motor built with the turbo setup. I have considered selling it in pieces, but I think all together is the way to go. Let me know what you guys think. Would you prefer to buy pieces, or the whole motor already built? I have a little over $10,000 invested in just the motor with the turbo setup and everything. Would $8000 be a good price to ask for the whole thing?

Well congrats on the baby, but sorry to hear you have to go na. I know what it's like i have two kids and my car has been sitting in my driveway for almost a year waiting for sleeves. Not a big deal though, i've become used to my car being a driveway ornament, lol. If you have any spare stock motor parts let me know, i'll try to contribute to your coming back from the darkside. Anyways enjoy your new baby boy and good luck selling the motor.
