Default H22 temperature problem

hi guys, here is the deal.
Ever since i had the JDM h22 installed in my 5th gen base, my temperature gauge/heat is not working. It warms up to normal temp while the car is resting in one place and the heat works fine, but as soon i start moving the temp drops immediately to bottom and my heat stops working. A real bad thing here in Chicago where we have zero temperatures right now. Please help me out here. If you can give me some ideas what i can do, what i can check. Is it the thermostat or something else? What i noticed is, the gauge would stay up longer when moving at slow speed, but would drop to bottom when driving faster, and just blows air, no heat

Sounds exactly like the thermostat is stuck open. It must be rough, pretty cold around here lately.

Yep, that would be the best place to start. It's pretty easy to do yourself if you have some basic car knowledge...
