Default H22 Performance problem

Hey my 94 h22 seems like its having some problems, it feels really laggy until it seems like when iabs kick in i get 10hp and then even more when VTEC engages. And its differant everytime i drive it. Sometimes first gear will seem like it has alot of torque and other times ill floor first and it wont seem nearly as fast. Also when go from 5th to 3rd on the freeway it goes right into VTEC and i can hear the noise but it pauses for the car actually launches, seems like a fuel related problem. I wanted to run some injector cleaner through there. Sometimes it idles great and others its at like 400. I have RC 270 saturated injectors brand new but i dont think they are big enough for the lude are they?
The engine sounds like its going fast but sounds a tad differant differant and is running noticably slower.

1. EGR is comin on, gonna try and clean it
2. I have an 8lb flywheel

you cant use saturated with h22. It has to be peak and hold, why would use those injectors, anyways. I think the stock h22 injecors are something around 375.

there 345cc's, now if you car is peak and hold (92-96 prelude) or 97+ is 290cc saturated, either way why did you get those injectors?

at the time i didnt have a resistor box so i thought why not get saturated so i dont have to use it.

BTW how do you get the EGR valve off!? the bolt on the right has like no room because of the coolant thing right next to it.
