shouldn't it say P13 on it if it is a 92-96? I am pretty sure mine does, I'll walk out to my car and check.

 

Yes it does, and you can tell exactly what year it came from. There are dials like markings on the front that give the year.

Just email the sell and ask him what they say

Also, for a H23 block / H22 head conversion (ie: H23 Vtec) does it matter what year the H22 head came from? or will they all work?

They will all work.

 

It is right above the exhaust ports
I cropped the pic but you can kind of see the DC header

 

The dials are pointed towards A, 1 then 7 what doe s that mean?

 

On the 92 dial I think the 7 means July I don't really know that's my guess. As for the others your guess is as good as mine

It might say in my Helms manual, but I don't have time to look because I have to go back to work
