Default gude?????

so i have been thinking alot about my 92 prelude,I have done the easy first things to do to a prelude intake, world sport exhaust. Now its time to work on the engine i was thinking a h22a but i am 16 and on a short budget so then i found gude who make a performance head for 1,600. and since my car is a auto i have to get that converted. Has anyone owned this head or heard anything about it. thanks for all your time to read this thread.

i have a gude head and am familliar with the company. to be honest their customer service sucks horribly but......the work is pretty good. my advice would be to investigate in your local machine shops and find one that can do a good port/polish job and maybe a valve job on your stock head. that way you may come out a little cheaper too

a while back i was helping out a friend of mine that bought a Gude package for his D16. we COULD NOT get it tuned in right because of lack of information on Gudes part. no one there had ANY information on his cam specs that THEY made for him. we could NEVER get a straight answer on anything.

he ended up just removing everything.

no Gude

I've never heard anything good about Gude.

Just get some Crower cams and valve springs installed, and maybe some decent port work. Should give you more power and cost less.
