Me and my old man put up a wooden fence a few weeks ago. Than some dumbass sprayed paint "JR MAFIA" on it and I got a letter from the city saying I need to remove or effectively obscure the graffiti within seven days. (City Code Chapter 10, Section 10-82 b "Removal of Graffiti")

Have that ever happen to you guys or is my city being stupid and making me waste my time and money?!!!
