Hell here in Co they are generally cool unless you have super loud exhaust or like blue lights up front, but a local cop here did pull me over and tell me that my car was "like the fast and the furious" and that I needed to watch out. All for a loud exhaust and carbon fiber hood on a white car? But they don't ever ask to open the hood or anything.

What is moral about some illegal (who does not follow proper procedure...hence illegal) demanding some right that they just dont have?

Its best to follow the rules just like everybody else does. No special treatment.

it honestly looks like alot of u got pulled over for bullsh!t reasons and if thats the case some of u need to contact the guys at SAN (SEMA) and disscuss it with them. They fight for the rights of modified part/tuner/car guys. I am currently in contact with them over a modified exhaust citation im supposed to be getting in the mail. They sent me a bunch of details on wisconsin state laws for modified exhausts. I tried and could only find basic stuff but they sent me the details. But if ur getting pulled over for "potenital racing" or whatever i suggest talkign to them becuz i think something like that would **** them off enough to help u fight or sue for that harassment. their web site if http://www.semasan.com I suggest checking it out if u think uve been pulled over for no reason (harassment).
