the real mugen kit is gonna be expensive, you can get replicas on ebay or elsewhere. Also the pic you have is Wings West RS lip kit, you should browse Prelude Power & PreludeOnline

just a little advice i would SERIOUSLY consider getting a base model prelude instead of the sh. They are basically the the the only difference is that the base model side skirts are not painted the same color as the car (they are black) differenct rims and some dont come with a spoiler. but the major difference is that the Type SH model comes with ATTS (automatic torque transfer system) which transfers torque to the outside wheels while cornering. But along with having ATTS comes problems, my little bro. had a 99 prelude sh and reverse went out in his tranny so we got him a LSD tranny and put it in and aferwards his ATTS light came on and we could not figure out why for the longest time, we tripple checked EVERYTHING come to find out it was the tranny we put in the car. it was in a way the "wrong" tranny. also with having ATTS you can only make the car have a certain amount of horse power (i forgot exacly how much but its not much more than stock) and once you go over a certain horsepower the ATTS will stop working. and no matter what the probelm is with the ATTS it is VERY expensive to fix. on top of that parts for the SH are expensive and hard to find. my brothers shocks also went out on his car and it took us weeks to find the "right" shocks for his car in the end he ended up spending about $500 for sachs shocks (which is not that good of a brand) basically if you do not plan on takinfg you car to the track and auto-xing it get the base model. then you wont have to worry about much. just a thought hope you give all this some consideration. just ask around if you dont believe me about any of this and people will tell you. and one more thing the base model prelude handles VERY.

definitely get a 5spd Base model, cause you can do more to a Base model. There are SH owners who change their cars over to be a Base for racing issues.
