alright so the other day i needed some extra HORSES cause i was racing a modified spec V....

anyways i have a k/n cai...you can accesss the filter underneath the wheel well by removing the plastic clips....i placed small ice packs around the filter hence allowing the caI to intake much colder air...i noticced climbing the rpms was very smooth...im not sure if it gave me hp but i deff will be dynoing it with the ice and lettingyall know....let me know what u think!

its not gonna make enough difference to make you win. Strap it around the intake manifold and the IAT's will change much more drastically. But what happens when the ice melts? You go back to being hot and "slow"

the funny thing about this is that if you still have the EGR hooked up then that defeats the purpose of using ice, he is already getting hot air in there in the first place. next thing we will be talking about is hooking up the AC lines to the intake. what's next, Liquid Nitrogen...... hmmm, that gives me an Idea.... I'll have to get back to you on that Nitrogen idea.... I have a lab to go to....off to the bat cave
