Flywheel?

Default Flywheel?

Is it worth changing my flywheel? Is there a difference? WIll I regret it for daily driving?

Welcome to honda-tech. The first thing you will learn is to search. Please use the search button from now on, as failure to use it generally results in everybody getting pissed at you.

As to your question, it's not worth it unless you're in there already changing your clutch and all. You'll notice quicker revs but it'll be harder to start as there will be less inertia in the flywheel to help you balance the start. I wouldn't get one of those race flywheels, those are too light. Get a ~11lb one and you'll be happy.
