Flywheel?

As to your question, it's not worth it unless you're in there already changing your clutch and all. You'll notice quicker revs but it'll be harder to start as there will be less inertia in the flywheel to help you balance the start. I wouldn't get one of those race flywheels, those are too light. Get a ~11lb one and you'll be happy.
