Fly Wheel? Setup?
What does a fly wheel do? What is a good exhaust and other things to get for a 1993 VTEC? I'm just starting. My car is all stock. I'm not rich but don't wanna waste my money on junk. I want quality for cheaper. Any help on things I should start to get would be nice. Thanks.

not flaming, but get to know the search function. lots of info on these and other questions that you may have.
a lightened flywheel makes it easier to match rev's when you're heel-toe'ing and takes off about 10 lbs from the overall weight of the car. it can be a little challenging at first to drive the car smoothly with a lightened flywheel, since your revs drop much quicker than they do with a stock flywheel.
as far as making the car accelerate faster, or put down more power, the jury is still out for me on that one. I don't think it'll make a noticeable performance difference, especially considering their price.
