fire out of echaust
i saw a 240sx hatch (s12?) racing a lude the other day, and i noticed that when the 240 shifted, he had sparks come out of his exhaust (dont know if it was sparks, a flame or what). what causes this to happen?

go get a "Fireballz" muffler from ebay.... haha.... jk
most of the time your seeing flame, due to no cat or a gutted cat, its unburnt fuel which can ignite in your exhaust.

in japan, wasabe causes flames to shoot ot the exhaust. here in the us, mexican food combined with hot sauce usually does the trick.

ya see flames comin out of the mufflers for boosted supras a lot, cause the ecu sees all this air coming at it but the BOV lets it out when they shift, so the mixture becomes rich and the exhaust ignites out the muffler

lol I have a 240sx that shoots flame. It sucks because it uses alot of gas. Too bad I am hoping its gone tomorrow since I have a extra O2 sensor on my header causing it to do that. Tomorrow its getting welded and a new muffler.

Re: (h22aBB4)
most of the time the Supras do it is when they are untuned or have a 2-step or anti-lag system...either way ur car shouldnt do it on a normal basis, its not good for normal driving. But there are those ricers that think its hella fast and furious yo. w/e

Re: (SMSP)
i dont give a **** about if you guys scorn fire out the exhaust.
whenever i see fire out the exhaust of an f1, grand prix, or highly built race car, my heart skips a beat.
unless it was intentional, such as the fast and furious, which would be entirely madly homo.
