I'm puttin in a f22b in my 93 prelude just wanted to know if its any good cuz my buddies runnin one and it seems pretty beefy..and what sould be the first thing I do to it. I took it to the honda tech which is a friend of mine and he looked at it.he said its a jdm engine and it ilegal here in the states..I don't know if he's pumpin rainbows in my *** or wat so any kind of advice would help i already put in a aem cool air intake and a f1 exhaust... anything else.

 

are cams hard to do your self

 

I've read almost all Pirates builds and posts guy knows his ****.

Cam(s) aren't hard to install yourself as far as making power with the cam(s) and getting them to properly work with the valves and spring height adjustments and stuff...if it's something you can't do its better to let someone else do it that does know what they're doing or whos had experience. and definitely tune tune tune like Pirate said.

 

im running a jdm f22b in my lude was shot when i got it rebuilt it now it runs nice havnt dyno'd it yet but im running stock cams just intake and exhaust... wanna find out what numbers people get out of these motors...

 

What state do you live in OP? Its not illegal in the states, but CA kind of frowns on that stuff and you have to get all the emissions stuff changed over
