Default F22B to replace an H23?

I'm new, so I don't know much yet, but I need to replace the motor in my 93 prelude si 2.3 non vtech. I found a good price on a JDM F22B. Is this a direct replacement? Will the distributor, exhaust manifold and everything else fit?

Pretty much the same engine. Slightly shorter stroke gives it .1L less displacement. Still has the same hp as the H23 but a few less lbs of torque
