F22 in Prelude

I recently just swapped a f22a4 motor in my prelude, but seems like the timing is a bit off on the motor? does anyone have a write up or know how to do the timing on a f22a4 motor?

it was a spare motor, my h motor, the block blew. so i had to get it running again because its my only car
